Each bag combo comes with a matching changing pad.  Some bags are made of all PUL material and some are cotton material on the outside and PUL material on the inside.  Each changing pad has a layer of soft flannel and PUL material to keep baby comfortable and dry while changing.  Bag is large enough to hold a few diapers and small pouch of wipes.
